Roasted broccolini and fried onions
This is roasted brocollini with a bit of oil and sea salt.
Bake in the oven on high for about 10 min each side.
Fried onions and peppers to top my vegan burger.
Add water as you go to speed up the cooking process.
Simple food and soooooo gooood.
