Chickpea, nuts, and seed mix - vegan (gluten free, soy free)


1 can of chickpeas
3/4 cup of pine nuts
3/4 cup of salted sunflower seeds
a handful of cranberries
3 chopped green onion
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of pesto spice mix

1. Fry the onion first, and then after a couple of min then add everything else and cook for 5 min.

You can pour this over anything....

- Rice

Or add as a side with any meal.

Quick and easy protein.
