Quick leafy veggies using salad dressing

As you can tell life has been crazy busy!

I needed a quick meal, and fast!

One skill I have, I am a super chopper.

I chopped and dumped veggies in a pan, poured in some balsamic vinegar salad dressing and stirred away.

Thanks to a leftover veggie burger and buns in the freezer, this meal was whipped up in 15 min.

* One thing about cooking leafy veggies is that they don't need a long time to cook or they will turn mushy. So, it's a great veggie to cook up in a hurry.
