You want a fast lunch?


Keeping your fridge stocked with a variety of fresh food makes cooking simple. Then you have food that you can just grab, chop and eat. This salad took shorter to make than making most processed food lunches.  Even the single serving lunches takes 5 min to heat in the microwave. This lunch took 2 min to make.

I sliced the two different cabbages and fresh cilantro and combined in a big bowl. Then tossed with the dressing.

4 tbsp vegannaise mayo
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar

I ate two bowls of this.
