Roast what?

 So I took a bunch of veggies that I had leftovers of and gave them a new life with roasting them in the oven. I added a bit of oil and my favourite veggie spice.(see below)


And the result were tasty veggies.

This was the first time I roasted cabbage and look at the result of some of the pieces. You can see in the picture below that some pieces were so crispy it's balancing on the broccoli. BUT...very fragile. It just melted in my mouth. I am definitely doing this again.


I just cut everything up, rubbed a bit of oil on them. Sprinkled my spice and put them in the oven at 425 for about....I think it was 20 min.
