Ooddles of noodles

Gluten-free and Vegan. 

This noodle dish is super easy and can be done in 5 min. This is my classic easy noodle dish and I make this quite often. It's just too easy and yummy not to.

First soak you rice noodles during the day. They can sit in cold water all day and not turn to mush. These noodles are brown rice noodles.


Then when you are ready to cook get your wok out or frying pan.

Start frying your veggies that you want and make the sauce.

I like to add a bit of garlic and ginger
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp soy sauce *gluten free
1 tbsp Bragg

 Add in the noodles and toss until they are coated with the sauce and a bit softer

 Then throw in some bean sprouts and your done.


You can add chickpeas or tofu to this dish to make is a one pot meal.
