A new rice dish

So this is the final dish. It has tofu, sweet potato, chopped onion, rice, and cilantro in it. The rest are just spices. 

First, fry the onion and tofu with the spices

1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1tsp ginger

Then add the rice and chopped uncooked sweet potato. Add enough water to cook both. At least 2 cups of water, but check as the meals cooks. Then your done. :)
