Yummy in my tummy...

And for my husband, son, and daughter...

They liked the hash browns
 My hubby and daughter really liked this...

I ended up making more.

It's just the "veggie meat" that I made last night to add to our spaghetti sauce. I took the leftovers and added salsa. Wrapped it in a roll and cut them. Melted vegan cheese on top. Daiya is my favourite brand.

My son and daughter also had some beef, that was leftover, with some rice, that was leftover.

Our dinners are most successful when there is a variety of options and that only happens if I cook large quantities of basic foods that I can re-create for future meals.
