Fried food - gluten free & vegan

These are fried cauliflower with onion. These were as yummy as they look.

Here is how to make it.

Mix chickpea flour with
-ginger/garlic powder
-ground cumin
-garam masala
-cayenne pepper

You can really add any spices or flavours you want. Experiment and see what you like best.

Mix with enough almond milk to just make a thick paste. You can use any milk and probably water if you like. 

Roll raw cauliflower and onion in the mixture. Frozen cauliflower works as well.

Fry in vegetable oil and let them dry.

You're done. Enjoy!
