A classic


Sometimes I just don't want to think about cooking. Throwing veggies into a wok, with a few simple ingredients is just easy. I like the veggies to be a bit crunchy, and so do the kids. They do well with simple veggies.  These can be thrown in wraps, or you can buy a pre-made soup and toss these in as well. Because there isn't an obvious sauce on them you can also eat these cold as a snack with a dip. Basically you can pretty much toss these in anything. Add to casserole dishes, or curries to increase your veggies. The sky's the limit.



Very simple:
Broccoli
Peppers
Mushrooms
Vegetable stock
Oil
Salt and pepper
